good or bad? move or stay?

Is change really that bad?

We find ourselves sometimes in situations you don’t really know should you stay or should you leave. Questions without answers, yet promises still remain.

We don’t understand why this is brought to us instead those things we ask and is searching for. We tend to forget that we need to grow into the things we want, getting the tools we need to get there, growing us to that point.

Growth means change and change involves risk, stepping from the known to the unknown. This is what makes the human hold on to the only thing they know - scared to lose it all.

To change, we want to run, to get away from it all. We try to escape from the wall we have built up, expecting that the new place will break the wall down but the thing is, although its a new place, new faces, it will always be reflected by the same lonely face. The answers you search for, lies here, with the people you trying to leave. The only people who can answer your questions. Change doesn’t necessary mean to start over… it’s a stepping stone on the rough road made by things that came to pass.

But Change involves three things
A dissatisfaction with one self - a felt void or need
A decision to change - to fill the void, need and seek a opportunity to get out
A conscious dedication to the process of growth and change - the wilful act of making the change — Doing Something: To expect the unexpected - “The strongest principle of growth lies in human choice”

That’s where change start because Growth demands a temporary surrender of security – taking the risk. All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work.

But sometimes we feel like an outcast, singled out, vulnerable to the outside world.  We are scared to fall forgetting that true people still live among. Its here where we should be like birds, travelling with swarms… a mighty force. We were provided with few rarely well appreciated friends that can lift us while moving through the current - while being on the path of change… sometimes to let go, will set you free.

The Bright side is that there are no great limits to growth because there are no limits of human intelligence, imagination, and wonder. The things we asked for, in the end will be given, after growth and the items we need to achieve that what we want.

So remember, things are not always as it seems, Change is the end result of all true learning and friends the bridge for us to get there. If you end up with something you didn’t ask for, it might just be that something you needed.

Coolest Quote I came about from Brian Tracy that sums it up all:

The more you seek security, the less of it you have. But the more you seek opportunity, the more likely it is that you will achieve the security that you desire.
Security can only be achieved through constant change, through discarding old ideas that have outlived their usefulness and adapting others to current facts.
